Sunkist’s Industrial Sewing Machine Series takes care of textile factory processes like the following: flanging, pillow top sewing, label sewing, and long-arm drop stitch sewing. Our machines are all made with top quality materials and designed for comfort and efficiency in operation.
The SA-10 is capable of milling all kinds of foam—flexible, semi-rigid, HR, EVA—into ball shapes, for further processing into toys and sporting equipment, like tennis balls, basketballs, footballs, etc. The machine contains a dust extraction system to keep the milling apparatus cutting smoothly and efficiently, and to increase machine longevity. The size of the molded ball is adjustable; balls larger than 4½” in diameter require foam to be pre-cut with angles.
The SA-10 can mill foam blocks into goods of all varieties of shapes, for further processing into any end goods. Make cylinders, patterned pillar-shapes, triangular foam blocks for toys, cushions, and sporting goods with this machine, that includes a robotic arm to safely bring the foam in and out of the milling zone, a milling stone in patterns designated by the customer, and a control panel to change the speed and shape of the milling job.
The SA-11H mills hand grips into the sides of long foam strips. This is particularly useful for the manufacturing of cleaning sponges. The milling table is driven by an AC motor with a variable speed drive, and the height of the table itself can be adjusted by hand wheel, giving you design flexibility with the location of your product’s grip. Add this machine to your sponge production line today, with our world-class precision cutting machines for the perfect finish.
A staple add-on to all splitting and looper machines, the SA-12 uses heat to fuse sheets of converted material together, turning rectangular pieces into one long jointed roll. Easy and safe to use, add a Heat Sealing Machine to your long splitter for use in the garment and carpet industries.
